I. Properties
ZN-100 is a composite additive, can be used as brightener and additive, the advantages are as follows:
1. Convert poisonous cyanide to non-poisonous alkaline environmental friendly zinc plating smoothly.
2. Wide current range, bright layer, uniform, compact, good adhesion and leveling power.
3. Excellent compatibility, fit for alkaline zincate and trace cyanide, compatible with other brightener and additives.
4. Stable plating solution, do not contain aldehyde and chelate, dispose waste water easily.
5. Suitable for rack and barrel plating.
6. Brighten fast if no requires of thickness, can take out of the bath only few minutes, improve work efficiency, save cost, fit for simple workpiece requiring fast-brightening, reduce the cost.
7. Bright and compact layer appearance, good property after treating the converting film of chromate, colorful after passivation, good corrosion.
